Products

Throughout the year, we offer a variety of seasonal produce, and products in addition to our raw honey and lavender. All of our products are thanks to the hard work of our Ninja pollinators!

We combine our local grown fruits, vegetables, and meats together to stock your pantry with jam, jelly, infused sugar, spices, rubs, and jerky. Our beeswax lip balm assist in your health needs, while our beeswax candles aid in your relaxation. We are consistently changing our product line, based on the weather and growing season.

Our raw honey is extracted and packaged according to Virginia laws. Honey

Do not feed honey to infants or children 2 years old or younger per the FDA.

  • Raw Honey: Extracted right out of our hives and bottled immediately
  • Ninja Spun :
    • Our raw honey spun into a smooth, spreadable consistency with same floral taste
  • Honeycomb :
    • A mass of hexagonal prismatic wax cells to store the bees honey and pollen. The taste changes based on the pollination. Heated honeycomb is softer, but also more aromatic. Honeycomb can also be added to other foods such as salads, sandwiches, and chili to include the flavor of sweet honey.

Jam and Jelly

  • Apple Coffee :
    • Get your apple butter and coffee with just one bite. This is unique modern jam when spread on toast provides a bite of apple butter with and coffee kick at the end.
  • Black Raspberry :
    • This is a deep purple jelly that is naturally sweet. Add it to your favorite baked-good recipe or simply swirling it into a bowl of ice cream.
  • Cucumber Mint
    • Deliciously unusual and oh-so-sweet jam to improve your turkey sandwich or cheese and crackers.
  • Gooseberry :
    • A wonderfully tart jelly that has a slight earthy floral note. Enjoy on toast or use inside a baked tart.
  • Lavender :
    • This jelly is definitely a nice treat to spread on a piece of toast, serve over ice cream or stir a spoonful into your tea. You are only limited by your imagination in using this unusual yet beautiful and delicious.
  • Ninja Hot :
    • Habanero pepper jelly is perfect for a simple morning spread on breakfast toast, of course, but you can also use the jelly as a sauce alternative. Just drop a spoonful over seared chicken or fish as a finisher. Enjoy the touches of sweet and heat.
  • Ninja Sweet :
    • Banana pepper jelly gives you sweetness along with a peppery flavor and a mild heat as well.
  • Rose Petal & Lavender :
    • The jelly sweet and floral. It is wonderful on fresh biscuits, homemade toast, scones and as the jam in jam cookies, it is even good over ice cream, or over angel food cake.
  • Sambucus :
    • A beautiful dark purple jelly that provides the a tart, but sweet way to enjoy the benefits of elderberry.

Beeswax

  • Lip Balm :
    • Beeswax chaptix can resolve dry and cracked lips, while antioxidant Vitamin E moisturizes to protect.
  • Candles: The natural wax has an extremely high melting point, so the candles burn slowly and last longer. When burned, the wax releases negative ions that attach to positive ions such as dirt and dust, purifying the air.

Lavender

  • Lavender Sugar :
    • Dried lavender mixed with sugar. The sugar takes on the fragrance and flavor of the lavender, so it becomes sweeter and aromatic. It is also fantastic on French toast, in tea and lemonade.
  • Sachets: Small bags that provide a lovely and calming smell to relax you at night under your pillow. You can also toss them in the dryer with your laundry instead of buying dryer sheets. Use them instead of soap in your dresser drawers to keep you clothing smelling lovely. Use them for several months as a natural alternative to mothballs.
  • Dried Buds: The exceptional sweetness and vibrant color of these editable Lavender Buds lend themselves especially well to pastries, desserts, and craft cocktails when you want lavender to be the dominant flavor or drop them in the bath tub for a soothing soak.

Other Food:

  • Sweet Cucumber Relish
    • A sweet and tangy cucumber relish that can be added to tuna salad or simply on top of a hamburger.
  • Cantaloupe Butter
    • A sweet taste of summer to spread on morning toast or to spread over pork chops in the dead of winter.
  • Jerky :
    • Dehydrated local meat with special rubs created with our fresh produce and flowers. We provide hot and regular flavors. Done upon reqyest
  • Habanero Powder :
    • Our ground habanero pepper powder has Scoville heat units of 100,000 – 350,000. This powder leaves the brave with tingling tongues. Keep a heap of ranch buttermilk dressing nearby to cool your palette. Use this Habanero Powder when making chili, sauces, salsa, or any Mexican dish.

Produce

Offering will vary based on season

  • Black Raspberries, Gooseberries, and Strawberries are abundant in the summer season. Fresh picked vegetables are available from our garden, including tomatoes, radishes, peppers, swiss chard, beets, corn, and peas. All grown and harvested without chemicals.

Dog Products

  • Peanut Butter Biscuits :
    • A healthy treats made with only four ingredients—flour, oats, dog safe peanut butter, and water. They will last for one week at room temperature when kept in an air-tight container. Alternatively, store them for up to three weeks in the refrigerator or up to six months in the freezer.
