Ninja Honey Bee honey and lemon spoons for tea make an excellent addition to a custom gift basket, just as a special treat for a daily tea drinker, or a as a soother during a battle with a sore throat.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup of Ninja Honey Bee honey
2 cups of sugar
1 tbs of white vinegar
1/4 cup of water
Lemon extract
Heavy Plastic Spoons

Instructions:

• Place all the ingredients (except the lemon extract) into a heavy bottom saucepan
• Bring to boil and constantly stirring. Make sure to brush down the sugar from the sides
• Reduce heat to medium and stir until it reaches hard crack stage
• Remove it from the heat and allow to cool slightly to not melt spoons
• Add in lemon extract
• Dip spoons into the mixture
• Place them down onto a greased cookie tray to set, make sure to tilt the top of spoon higher than bottom
• Wrap them in cellophane and attaching a handmade tag or label
